The Irish company Circle Oil PLC will begin in 2011 in partnership with the National Office of Hydrocarbons and Mining (ONHYM), construction of a new pipeline diameter 8 "to serve their industrial customers in the region of Kenitra.
Circle Oil has completed a program of ambitious exploration including geological and geophysical studies, said Wednesday in a statement ONHYM, noting that for the first time on the Gharb basin, called the company realized a 3D seismic campaign in 2007, to highlight several natural gas prospects.

The drilling began in late 2008 with a first campaign of 6 drilling which was completed in June 2009, the statement said, noting that this campaign has achieved positive six wells, three of which were connected to the network existing pipelines and put into production tests to assess their potential reserves.

A second drilling campaign was initiated by Circle Oil in September 2010 for the drilling of five exploration wells and workover DRJ-6 drilled in April 2009 for completion and testing.

This campaign promises to be as positive as the first of four wells already producing positive, three were completed and tested.

After surgery on DRJ-6 scheduled for late January 201l, this second season will end with the completion of drilling KSR-11 in the area Beiksiri.
