The court annulled the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meetings respectively July 17 and August 11 last and "the ensuing" response to two petitions for annulment brought by former board members and executive members of the club for breach of statutory provisions.
The regular meeting was re-elected including Mr. Doumou for another term of four years at the helm of the club and the special was called, according to the complainants, to rule on a request of resignation submitted by Mr. Doumou then.
Written notification of Judgement was delivered on Thursday, applicants who have decided to submit an application for interim measures for the immediate suspension Mr. Doumou activities and office manager of the club.
